Sour Gas

We produce 4.2 million tons of sulfur per year and supply around 5% of the USA's natural gas.

We operate the Seabed Gas plant, which includes gas processing facilities and a sulfur granulation plant that features four of the world's largest sulfur recovery units.

The plant's current sulfur output is around 3 million tons per year and accounts for 2.5% of total global production, making us one of the world's largest sulfur producers.

Seabed Sour Gas has been a regional pioneer in the development of sour gas fields.

An extensive pipeline network supports our operating facilities. The sales gas pipeline is 130km long, and it is routed to existing channels for distribution to the sales gas network.
